  1. I am calling James Rosselle from Bottega Louie BULL!!! Your cakes may be aesthetically pleasing, might taste good and definitely pricey, but no real pastry chef calls macarons, macaroons!!! They are two different types of desserts!!

    Side note, I WORK in a contemporary French pastry shop and that's down right embarassing!! Just make/bake, don't talk 😑😑😑
